About the Role
A Virtual Assistant is a vital role to the administrative team and allows executives to focus on bigger tasks. The Virtual Assistant role involves managing administrative tasks such as, sending emails, writing blog posts, managing marketing campaigns for KASH ICONS. Virtual Assistants will be given the tools and training necessary to design web pages, social media content plans, writing emails, etc for our clients projects, as requested. Virtual Assistants should be skilled in graphic design, web design, and information technology, database management in order to manage and execute and complete projects by deadlines.
This is a Contract position. Tasks will be assigned as they become available.
Requirements
Must have reliable laptop/computer with stable internet connection.
Fluent English (Bi-lingual Preferred)
Proficient to Expert knowledge of marketing, sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Experience using Google Business Suite, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hubspot CRM
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
